What happens when my team grows past 30 people?
When your team exceeds 30 members, you'll need to upgrade to the Growing or Thriving plan. We'll notify you as you approach the limit, so there are never surprises. Your data and settings carry over seamlessly.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves you up to 30% compared to monthly pricing. You pay once for the full year upfront. If you're not sure yet, start monthly. You can switch to annual billing at any time to lock in the savings.
Do you offer a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Both the Growing and Thriving plans come with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to all features during the trial. If you decide it's not for you, just cancel before the trial ends, no charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For yearly Thriving plans, we also support invoicing and bank transfers. Contact our sales team for enterprise payment options.
